How do I pay for a session or workshop
I have eftpos facilities, so you can either pay by card, cash or bank Deposit. For workshops, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place and the remainder paid on the day of the workshop or before if you choose.
Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy
When registering for a program or Soul Convo you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit.
If you decide to cancel the program or Soul Convo I am happy to offer the opportunity for you to transfer the deposit to a future workshop or a personal session with me.
Cancellation of the program is only applicable prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancelling a session, 24 hours is required and next session you may have to pay prior to attending. Cancelling on the day you are required to pay $75.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, however under exceptional circumstances I am happy to transfer the remaining amount to a future Soul Convo session being offered or a private sessions with me.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes most certainly, however they are only available if you begin a payment plan prior to the program with final payment prior to the last 3 session of the program.
How Do I register for a Soul Convo Session?
