What's involved in a session?
In a session all that is required is yourself, whether it be in person or online, depending on the type of session you are having. With a series of questions and a small dialogue, We will work out what areas we need to prioritise and what process is best suited to address these areas.
Depending on the issue at hand, I will be guided to use the appropriate process, for the most effective change for you as the client. This could include some spiritual guidance or spiritual coaching. As the client, all you need to do is be open to receive and most importantly to see the pattern or old perspective/beliefs. Once you discover these, you can align with new patterns, perspectives and new beliefs. If you are coming for an Access Bars session, all you need to do is be open to receive.
Normally for any type of session there already is a state of being that is being experienced, so all you really need to do is bring that state with you. If it is an area of your life you wish to make better choices or changes, think in which direction you would like that area to change, which direction would you like it to go and what you believe is keeping you from making those changes. Together we can work on an action plan to move towards your desires.
I recommend at least 3 sessions so that we can really un pack and move towards an end result.
