Listening, not chasing.
Trusting that when your soul is ready, love knows exactly where to find you. This is also about trusting that sometimes what we believe is forever is really only a season.

My passion for the Soul and our Soul’s Blueprint began with deep questions I couldn’t ignore:

• Why am I going through so many challenges? 
• Why don't others experience what I’m going through?
• Why does my family dynamic feel so different from others?
   

At 17, I started diving into books about beliefs, subconscious programs, and affirmations. Many of the practices worked—I saw improvements in my life—but certain challenges remained untouched. No matter how many affirmations I did, some experiences were simply unshakable.

Still, those early teachings left me with one profound lesson: there is always a silver lining in every experience. But I kept wondering—why me? Why these specific challenges?

That led me to a deeper exploration. I became fascinated with Soul Contracts, Soul Journeys, and Past Lives. I devoured books by authors Dr Brian Weiss, Dr. Michael Newton &  Robert Schwartz, and attended workshops with authors and teachers who spoke directly to the questions that had been haunting me. As I immersed myself in their teachings, a powerful truth began to emerge:

'I PUT MY HAND UP TO EXPERIENCE THESE CHALLENGES.'

At first, this realisation shocked me. I remember thinking, “Why on earth would I choose to go through this? What was I thinking?”

But everything changed once I became a professional practitioner. In my very first year of seeing clients, I realised how my lived experiences gave me the tools, empathy, and wisdom to genuinely help others. I had walked those paths. I understood the pain. And because of that, I could guide them through it.

From that moment on, I started looking at every challenge, every choice, every hardship—through a different lens. I saw that life was happening for me, not to me. Every circumstance was a mirror, a teacher, and an opportunity. And, more often than not, I already had everything I needed within me to face it.

Even now, when challenges arise—big or small—I pause and ask:
“What is my Soul showing me? How have I contributed to this experience for my own growth and wisdom?”

And then I lean in. I trust the process. I know I chose this for a reason. The gift is always there—sometimes hidden, sometimes bold—but always available.

We also tap into the good in our lives, the milestones we created or remembered. Again, its all about the life we planned.
